A bar in the lobby, convenient. Our room was big. Truly enjoyed your receptionist. University district is worth looking into. Also, we could visit headingley stadium, it was 20 minutes' drive away.
Quiet location, not far from airport. Everything offered at a low cost
The rooms are good sized and the bed is comfy. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved the University district. Besides, St Luke's Lutheran Church is 15 minutes' drive away. Breakfast had a wide range of options, pastries and fresh fruit.
Pizza Mozarella very tasty
- continuous noise also audible in the room (probably fan)
Staff and cleanliness
The room we stayed in was noisey - all of the time a sound similar to a water cistern constantly filling could be heard in the room which was disturbing - if we were staying for more than one night (we often spend upto 7 nights at a hotel) we would have asked to be moved. The room was also very hot. All this said, we would stay with you again - but not in the same room.
The hotel was described as "uber trendy" in my opinion the rooms were modern and serviceable... A step up from a travel lodge but hardly trendy. Also not enough bar staff and room service was only from 6 pm to 10pm.
leisure centre plus breakfast
Good food and good atmosphere, nice room with comfy bed - very nice pool and gym - overal very good hotel
very relaxing stay good food excellent service ammenities good also no problem parking car will reckomend to friends
only complaint flushing of toilet in room
Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of different types of people. Love the leisure facilities used the pool both days.
Some areas could do with refurbishment, the carpets in the foyer looked tired, lift buttons were broken.
We were meeting family in Leeds and the hotel was perfectly placed. Comparing other hotels in the area we thought the De Vere Village North was excellent value for money.
The very long que at breakfast and not enough food out had to wait while the rest of my food got cold.
check in very efficient room clean central location
public areas ie bar in a filthy state forcing you to find somwhere outside to take your drinks if you could find a seat breakfast in morning a bit of a joke really the que waiting to be served was horrendous caused by the buffet selection i e hot food was constantly running out not good when you have some sort of schedule to adhere to and should not happen in a recognised hotel chain we did stay the following night at the weetwood although more expensive the service in restaurants and quality of food well i will just say be honest and check it out i do travel to leeds and around the country i would stay again just to see if there has been any improvements recommmend hotel not on current visit
Music from the gym banging through the room until 9pm on all of the 4 nights I stayed. The fact I booked for 4 nights but was placed in this room was very disappointing.
